day 15: hatha, chakras and belts

today my group was sitting together to discuss our exam class, we’ll have 2 hours for 4 people – so each 30 mins, traditional hatha sequence. i got the last part: standing/balancing positions followed by savasana, pranayama practice & chanting. now i need a nice set up of asanas which should make about 20 mins.

in philosophy we were talking about chakra blockages and healing methods whereby in anatomy we were taking a deeper look at the 11 body systems of our physical body – the combination of the classes is really perfect. later on we had therapeutical yoga, where we check the different body types of the students in their ability to do a certain asana and use belts or blocks to support the skeleton.
