- You must be in a reasonable physical shape.
- You must have suffered no major injury or trauma in the recent past or should have by now healed completely.
- You must be free of any mood altering medication.
- You must be free of any blood pressure medication.
- You must be able to fully dedicate your time to the training when you are in the course.
- You must be willing to live in a group environment living learning and supporting like-minded students and teachers who will be taking the same journey as you.

History and people, 8 limbs of yoga, Patanjali yoga sutras, pranayama, chakras, mudras & mantras.
Morning class for self practice of different dynamic yang styles of yoga
You will be introduced to meditation techniques like silent sitting, movement meditations, heart meditations, and buddhist meditations.
ANATOMY
Muscular and skeletal system, understanding Nervous and Physiological Systems, Compression vs Tension, Joints and their movements, Functional Alignment and Pose Variations for Special Body Conditions
CHI & MERIDIANS
Yin/ yang Chi defined, Theory of the 5 Yogic elements, 7 Chakras and Energetical pathways, Physical, Energetic, Emotional and Practical life value and Functional aspects of the asanas for Chi Balance
