Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are flights included in the tuition?

    No, flights are not included in the tuition. Because our attendees join us from all over the world, we ask that you book your own round-trip airfare. The nearest airport is Manohar International Airport (Mopa / GOX), but you can also fly into Goa International Airport (Dabolim / GOI). Please note that airport transfers are not included in the tuition, but we are happy to arrange them for you. Pick-up and drop-off to either airport are available for an additional €25 each way.

  • How does the payment plan work?

    To secure your spot, we require a non-refundable deposit of €300. While this deposit cannot be refunded, it is fully transferable—meaning you can apply it to a future training date or transfer it to another student if your plans change. There is no strict deadline to pay the remaining balance prior to the start date. Your remaining tuition must be paid in full upon your arrival in Goa, and you can easily do this in cash or via bank transfer.

  • Can I upgrade my accommodation later?

    Yes, you can request an upgrade after booking, but please keep in mind that it is strictly subject to availability. We have a set amount of space and very limited room inventory for our trainings. While we cannot guarantee that an upgraded room will be available later on, we will always do our absolute best to assist you and accommodate your request if space allows. Just reach out to us, and we will check our current availability for you.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We deeply understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes! Because we intentionally keep our trainings small and intimate, we aren’t able to offer direct refunds once a spot is reserved. However, we want you to book with peace of mind, so your initial €300 deposit is fully flexible and transferable. If your plans shift before the training begins, you are warmly welcome to apply your deposit to a future date or transfer it to a friend.

    Please note that once your final balance is settled upon arrival in Goa, we cannot offer partial refunds in the event of an early departure. To fully protect your journey, we always highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
