Caroline Musiał
Embodied Sound and Meditation

After years of exploring and studying the transformative power of sound, breath, meditation and subconscious work – Caroline believes something beautifully simple:

True transformation rarely comes through striving and effort. It begins the moment we feel safe enough to soften and let go.

In this space of surrender, the body already knows the way and the natural wisdom of our soul becomes accessible.

Navigating her own spiritual journey, as well as finding balance within a dysregulated nervous system, Caroline experienced one of her most profound shifts through the power of sound. This experience became the foundation of her work and the gift she now feels called to share with others.

By creating a grounded space held with presence, compassion, and care, Caroline invites others into an experience where nothing needs to be forced, fixed, or figured out. Rather than guiding participants toward a specific outcome, her intention is simply to create the conditions where the soul remembers.

With a deep fascination for the world of sound and vibration, she loves sharing how the subtle language of frequency can gently guide us back into coherence, presence, and connection with ourselves.
Because it is through sound that the nervous system is gently invited into a state of deep rest.

As the mind quiets and the body softens, its innate intelligence begins to emerge, allowing the subconscious to naturally release stored emotions, limiting beliefs, and long-held patterns.

Caroline believes that we dont need to chase healing – we simply need to create the space to truly listen, surrender and and allow it to unfold naturally.

Sound is remembrance – quieting the mind and allowing the body’s inner wisdom to unfold.

Carolina Smedberg
Guided Embodied Movement & Somatic Facilitation

As the founder of Glow Yin Yoga, Carolina brings a profound understanding of both the anatomical and energetic body to the training space. Her journey as an educator is built upon a strong foundational mastery of human biomechanics, beginning with a Master’s degree in Physical Education, and evolving deeply into the specialized realms of Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga after her extensive training in Goa, India.

For Carolina, somatic facilitation is not just a profession; it is a deeply lived philosophy. Her dedication to this path was anchored by a life-changing illness—a powerful catalyst that required her to entirely reassess her values and transition into a deeply authentic, intentional way of living. This personal crucible fundamentally shifted her approach, transforming her understanding of the body from a purely physical instrument into a profound teacher of resilience, truth, and holistic health.

Within the training, Carolina draws upon this embodied wisdom to mentor future facilitators. She bridges the gap between technical physiological knowledge and deep, intuitive somatic listening. Because she has navigated her own profound physical and spiritual recalibration, she is uniquely equipped to help trainees cultivate the inner honesty and grounding required to hold safe, transformative space for others.

Carolina’s mission is to guide students beyond standard instruction, fostering an environment of immense personal growth. She ensures that future guides graduate not only with a mastery of movement and space-holding, but with a deeply integrated, authentic connection to their own physical and energetic architecture.

Olga Prima

Educator & Mentor in Systemic Somatic Integration

Olga Prima is a master facilitator and mentor who specializes in what she calls the “Architecture of Inner Freedom.” Within the Somatic Facilitators Training, Olga guides students through the profound mechanics of systemic realignment—teaching them how to move beyond managing surface-level symptoms to facilitating deep, core-structural shifts.

Her approach is vital for future space-holders, who must first clear their own internal pathways before guiding others. Olga helps trainees recognize and shed limiting beliefs, the weight of challenging circumstances, and the burden of past identities. By guiding students to live a life fully consistent with their true nature, she helps them access their innate intelligence and inner honesty, turning them into clear, powerful vessels for their future clients.

At the core of Olga’s teaching is her Systemic Method. She trains facilitators to perceive and treat attention, the physical body, and energy as one seamlessly integrated system. Rather than offering traditional “self-help” techniques, students learn how to identify energetic “leaks” at their root and facilitate precise internal recalibration. Olga breaks down the tangible mechanics of transformation, teaching students how to safely guide others through a complete somatic evolution:

  • Arrival: Dropping mental noise and anchoring awareness securely in the body.

  • Activation: Awakening and stabilizing internal power sources.

  • The Shift: Identifying and releasing specific physical and energetic distortions.

  • Integration: Locking in the new state so clients leave feeling grounded and clear.

Olga’s work demonstrates that at the highest levels of somatic facilitation, the answer is never forced effort—it is profound internal alignment. She models how to help clients transition from heavy stagnation to natural momentum, restoring high-resolution perception and stabilized energy.

Her philosophy serves as a guiding ethos for anyone stepping into the role of a somatic guide:

“I do not give advice or make decisions for you. I work at the level where you begin to see and choose differently for yourself. My role is not to explain your life, but to guide you into a state where permanent change becomes natural.”

Avi
Co -Founder Parimukti

Avi co-founded Parimukti in 2012, building it into a school that ran hundreds of teacher trainings across India. But when the pandemic and a major personal transition left him facing a deep sense of loss, addictions, and a crisis of purpose, he realized that he had been teaching the mechanics of yoga while ignoring the underlying human struggle. He stopped running his own flagship programs to look inward, moving through years of personal work—from manifestation and clearing inner blocks to the deep, transformative power of somatic practice. This journey didn’t just change his business; it changed his life.

Today, Avi leads Parimukti with a team of guides who are united by a simple, honest truth: they are not experts standing on a pedestal. They are fellow travelers who know exactly what it feels like to live with suffocation, limiting beliefs, and the exhausting inner fight. Avi is not claiming to have reached the end of the road, but he has learned a great deal along the way, and he is here to share those tools with you. When you join the team—whether online or in the beautiful surroundings of Sri Lanka—you are walking into a space where you don’t have to pretend. You are met with real human understanding, a safe place to land, and the support of guides who are right there in the work with you. Avi would love to talk to you about where you are on your own path, to see if this is the right place for you to begin your next chapter.
