Master Reference of the “Letting Go” Technique in “Transcending the Levels of Consciousness”

Map of Consciousness by Dr. David R. Hawkins, expanded sub-levels (0–1000)

Phrases for the Pathway of Surrender

Instructions for Use:

Identify the predominant feeling or pattern that is arising in the moment. Slowly read, repeat, or recall the four phrases for their integration and progression. Focus exclusively on the raw bodily sensation or the emotional energy. Do not suppress, rush, analyze, judge, or attempt to modify the experience. Allow the energy to follow its natural course until it dissipates by itself and the shift to the next level occurs spontaneously.

Each set includes:

  • A phrase that describes the dominant energy or characteristic blockage of that level.
  • A phrase for releasing the specific resistance of that level.
  • The “Ego Juice” of that level (the benefit the ego obtains by remaining in or not letting go of that level).
  • The “Antidote” (the surrender that allows the natural shift to the subsequent levels).

Each person at each level has a charge or “karmic battery” to process or work on, so by releasing the resistance to be fully at that level, the complete experience and exhaustion of that charge is allowed. The charge could be immense or tiny, sometimes only so much can be released until other charges are released and a revisit to the level is warranted.

The resistance, aversion, doubt, or protest felt toward the antidote of the ego juice of the challenging level is the spark that initiates its voluntary or involuntary conscious application through synchronistic mechanisms.

Range 0–199 (Levels of Force and Suffering)

Shame – 20 (dishonor, humiliation, oppression, suppression)

Sensation: This deep and crushing feeling of dishonor, humiliation, oppression, and suppression is allowed to arise fully in this moment as pure bodily sensation: the heavy sinking of feeling fundamentally flawed and unworthy.

Resistance to Release: I completely let go of all resistance to experiencing this unworthiness and self-annihilation; I release any impulse to escape, hide, judge myself, or reject the sensation.

Ego Juice: Total justification for withdrawal and self-nullification. “I am so flawed that I do not deserve to exist” → gains the “safety” of not having to try anything.

Antidote: Fully allow the feeling of unworthiness and defectiveness without escaping, without judging it, and without trying to compensate for it. Release all resistance to feeling the raw shame until it dissolves naturally.

Guilt – 30 (remorse, recrimination, accusation, masochism, hatred)

Sensation: This heavy remorse, self-accusation, inner punishment, and self-hatred is embraced exactly as it is: the tight, burning weight in the chest or stomach of feeling that something unforgivable has been committed.

Resistance to Release: I surrender all effort to atone, punish myself further, project this guilt outward, or suppress it; I allow the raw energy to be present without any interference.

Ego Juice: Moral superiority through self-punishment. “I am bad, but at least I punish myself, therefore I am morally superior to those who do not.”

Antidote: Allow the feeling of guilt and self-punishment without trying to atone for it, without projecting it, and without using suffering as proof of morality. Release all resistance to the feeling of guilt until it loses its energy.

Destruction – 45 (malevolence, rancor, grudge)

Sensation: This destructive, malevolent energy laden with rancor is felt fully without acting on it: the cold or hot impulse to harm, destroy, or get even that manifests in the body as tension or rigidity.

Resistance to Release: I release all resistance to this destructive and hopeless impulse, as well as to the desire to cause harm; I stop feeding it with thoughts or trying to repress it until it dissipates, destroying itself.

Ego Juice: Destructive power and revenge. “I can harm or destroy, so I feel I have control and that I am not the victim.”

Antidote: Allow the destructive energy and the impulse to harm as pure bodily sensation, without acting on it or repressing it. Release identification with the power that destruction provides.

Apathy – 50 (hopelessness, numbness, learned helplessness, resignation)

Sensation: This lifeless hopelessness, numbness, total resignation, and energy of “I can’t / nothing matters” is allowed to be here without forcing any vitality: the heavy, flat emptiness that makes everything seem useless.

Resistance to Release: I let go of resistance to this indifference and learned helplessness; I release any subtle pride in giving up or any attempt to get out of that state.

Ego Juice: Safety of impotence. “I can’t do anything, therefore no one can demand anything from me or hold me responsible.”

Antidote: Allow the feeling of emptiness, resignation, and “I can’t” without trying to force myself out of it. Release resistance to feeling the apathy until it begins to move.

Grief – 75 (failure, misery, discouragement, irreversible loss, mourning, regret)

Sensation: This painful failure, misery, discouragement, irreversible loss, mourning, and regret is allowed to move through completely: the deep and heavy sadness of feeling that something valuable has gone forever.

Resistance to Release: I surrender all attachment to what was lost and all resistance to the pain of absence; I stop repeating the “if only” stories and allow the raw sensation to be present.

Ego Juice: Justification for immobility and eternal victimhood. “My loss is so great that no one can expect me to function.”

Antidote: Allow the grief, mourning, and feeling of irreversible loss without clinging to the story or using it to justify inaction. Release attachment to what was lost.

Fear – 100 (worry, anxiety, withdrawal, generalized anxiety, phobias, concern)

Sensation: This underlying worry, anxiety, impulse to withdraw, generalized anxiety, phobias, and concern is experienced as pure bodily tension and contraction: the tight, accelerated, or frozen sensation of imminent danger.

Resistance to Release: I let go of the contraction and all effort to escape, control, suppress, or analyze this fear; I allow the raw energy of fear to be here fully.

Ego Juice: Feeling of being “prepared” and alert. “If I always expect the worst, I will never be caught by surprise.”

Antidote: Allow the contraction and the energy of fear in the body without trying to control it, escape from it, or analyze it. Release resistance to fear itself and let it be what it has to be.

Desire – 125 (addiction, greed, lust, hunger, slavery, insatiable longing)

Sensation: This urgent longing, greed, lust, hunger, slavery, uncertainty, and insatiable feeling of “never enough” is allowed without acting on it: the restless and motivating emptiness that claims happiness is out there.

Resistance to Release: I surrender the inner pressure that says happiness depends on obtaining or possessing; I release all resistance to feeling lack as it grows, without trying to fill it.

Ego Juice: Emotion and sense of purpose. “Needing something gives me the illusion that life is worth living and that I am someone who struggles hard and actively pursues to get it.”

Antidote: Allow the longing and the feeling of lack without acting on it or trying to fill it. Release the belief that happiness depends on obtaining or achieving something external.

Victim of Perpetrators – 135 (victim-perpetrator model)

Sensation: This mentality of being the victim of perpetrators and the feeling of having been wronged is allowed to arise fully as raw bodily sensation: the powerless and helpless feeling of “they did this to me.”

Resistance to Release: I let go of all resistance to experiencing this position of powerlessness and the story that keeps it alive; I stop masquerading the illusion that I don’t fully identify with the victim identity at every moment and project helplessness, feel the sensation of being under your own hypnotizing spell as a sudden Eureka that was always there.

Ego Juice: Innocence and the right to blame. “I am the innocent victim, therefore I am right and the others are the bad ones.”

Antidote: Allow the feeling of being a victim without defending or justifying the identity with the story, stop projecting blame onto others and redirect at self. Release resistance to feeling one’s own responsibility.

Control – 140

Sensation: This need to control situations, people, or outcomes is felt fully as inner tension and contraction: the tight gripping sensation that everything must turn out my way and it is my responsibility.

Resistance to Release: I surrender myself to all efforts to manage, manipulate, or force things to my liking; I release all resistance to leaving something out of my control.

Ego Juice: Illusion of power and safety. “If I control everything, nothing bad can happen to me.”

Antidote: Allow the tension and the need to control without trying to control anything. Release resistance to uncertainty and the feeling of lack of control.

Anger – 150 (rage, emotion of hatred, aggression, threat, intimidation, resentment and vengeance – 160)

Sensation: This burning rage, hatred, aggression, threat, intimidation, resentment, and desire for revenge is felt fully as heat and contraction in the body: the burning and explosive energy that wants to attack what cannot be controlled.

Resistance to Release: I surrender all justification, blame, and the need to express or suppress this anger; I allow the raw heat to be here without feeding it or rejecting it.

Ego Juice: Strength, energy, and sense of justice. “I am angry because I am right and that makes me feel powerful.”

Antidote: Allow the burning energy of anger as pure bodily sensation, without justifying it, expressing it, or repressing it. Release attachment to being right and believing I know how things should be.

Victim Mentality – 165

Sensation: This deeply rooted victim mentality and energy of “Why does this always happen to me?”, blaming or resenting God and destiny to the point of denying God’s existence, since everything is always against me, is observed as the identity that repeats the same story in all contexts. “They don’t deserve my forgiveness,” “I have every right to hold this,” or “Letting this go would mean they win.”

Resistance to Release: I let go of resistance to powerlessness and to the identity built around being the universal victim as a defense mechanism; I release all resistance to the helpless victim role and enjoy feeling deeply vindicated by the indignation it produces.

Ego Juice: Strong identity and attention as “the one who was wronged”. “This always happens to me” → gains pity, excuses, and a central role in the story; others provide support and activism.

Antidote: Allow the feeling of “Why does this always happen to me?” without defending the story or seeking pity, justice or support. Release identification with the victim role.

Pride – 175 (contempt, grandiosity, boasting, group narcissism – 180, righteous indignation, political correctness – 180, conflict – 180, cynicism, recrimination – 180)

Sensation: This inflated contempt, grandiosity, boasting, superiority, group narcissism, political correctness, conflict, and recrimination toward others is observed without feeding it: the swollen feeling of being better or being right. Sneering tightness around the eyes and nose; a superior, dismissive contraction in the head and upper chest that feels sneering and distancing.

Resistance to Release: I release resistance to further shield vulnerability and the fear of appearing ordinary or small; I disallow the underlying insecurity to be perceived by others and use the feeling as motivation to further efforts to hide it from others. Eye-rolling aversion, automatic dismissal or subtle mockery is fully allowed.

Ego Juice: Superiority and recognition. “I am better than others” → gains status, praise, and defense of the false self.

Antidote: Allow the inflated feeling of superiority to grow without feeding it or defending it. Release resistance to vulnerability and to feeling ordinary, as the false self edifice collapses on itself.

Arrogance – 195 (fixation on body and appearance – 185, pacifism – 185, skepticism – 185, relativism – 185, antagonism – 190, do-gooder activism – 190, ingratitude – 190, pessimism, stinginess – 190, hedonism – 190, white lies – 190)

Sensation: This arrogance, presumption, subtle superiority, bodily fixation, ideological patterns, antagonism, do-gooder activism, ingratitude, pessimism, hedonism, and other small self-aggrandizing deceptions are observed without feeding them: the cunning, superior, or entitled posture that protects a fragile image of the self.

Resistance to Release: I let go of the resistance to hiding the vulnerability that arrogance is protecting; I increase all defense of these subtle patterns of superiority.

Ego Juice: Protection of vulnerability and feeling of being special. “I am smarter, more astute, more correct, more exotic, more virtuous” → avoids feeling ordinary.

Devotion – 555 (wholehearted devotion to the Divine)

Sensation: This sincere devotion and complete surrender of oneself to the Divine Plan is allowed to flourish fully: the sweet and absorbing love that orients every part of the being toward the sacred.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any remaining personal will, reservations, or subtle separation between “me” and the Divine; I release all resistance to total offering.

Ego Juice: Sweet pleasure of surrendering completely and feeling close to the Divine. “I surrender totally.”

Antidote: Allow devotion without turning it into a source of spiritual merit or clinging to the feeling of closeness to God. Release any subtle pride of being a devoted person.

Compassion – 560 (unlimited compassion for all beings)

Sensation: This unlimited compassion for every being —the tender mercy and non-selective understanding that simultaneously sees suffering and perfection in every process as it is— radiates effortlessly, felt as a warm and open field of the heart.

Resistance to Release: I let go of any subtle personal identification, expectation, or remaining separation that limits this compassion; I release all resistance to its unconditional nature, accepting the perfection of everything exactly as it is.

Ego Juice: Feeling compassionate and morally elevated for having unlimited compassion. “My compassion is pure and universal.”

Antidote: Allow compassion without identifying with it or using it to reinforce the image of being a compassionate and advanced being. Release attachment to the identity of a compassionate person.

Beauty / Perfection / Healing / Siddhis and Miracles – 570

Sensation: This radiant beauty, perfection, healing energy, siddhis, and miracles is allowed to flow fully: the exquisite sense of divine order, grace, and miraculous unfolding that permeates everything, felt as luminous presence that flows through the being and connects with all.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any clinging, identification with these states, or desire to control or claim the healing/miraculous energy as my own or at will; I release all resistance and doubt to its spontaneous arising.

Ego Juice: Pleasure of experiencing beauty, perfection, and subtle powers (siddhis). “I have access to the miraculous and perfect.”

Antidote: Allow beauty, perfection, and healing phenomena without clinging to them or turning them into proof of spiritual progress. Release resistance to these states coming and going naturally.

Surrender / Process of Surrendering to God – 575, Level of the Martyr

Sensation: This total surrender and continuous process of giving everything to God is integrated deeply: the profound letting go of all personal control, felt as a sweet and complete yielding of the entire being.

Resistance to Release: I let go of any last effort to understand, direct, or retain something from this surrender in order to personally remain or benefit; I release all traces of resistance or partial offering.

Ego Juice: Subtle satisfaction of being in a deep process of surrender and feeling closer to total yielding. “I am surrendering to God.” Stigmata-like marks of Jesus or other physical or life somatizations may appear depending on the person and their beliefs.

Antidote: Allow the process of surrender without clinging to the feeling of doing deep spiritual work. Release any pride for the act of surrendering.

Satori – 585 (sudden glimpse or integration of enlightenment)

Sensation: This flash of satori and sudden clear awakening is embraced without attachment: the brilliant and direct resplendent seeing beyond the mind, felt as a momentary or prolonged explosion of sparkling silent knowing.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any resistance to this glimpse, any attempt to cling to it, reproduce it, prolong it, or turn it into a personal achievement.

Ego Juice: Pleasure of the sudden flash of awakening and the feeling of having had an illuminating insight. “I have had a satori.”

Antidote: Allow satori without clinging to the moment of insight or turning it into a personal achievement. Release resistance to the flash passing and the mind returning to its habitual state. Without expectation or resistance that the flash will return once or many more times.

Ecstasy – 590 (generalized ecstasy and union)

Sensation: This generalized ecstasy and bliss —the overflowing joy and union with the divine that arises spontaneously— is allowed to arise fully, felt as waves of radiant, wordless delight throughout the entire being.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any subtle clinging to the ecstatic state itself or fear that it will end; I release all resistance to its intensity or to its passing.

Ego Juice: Addiction to the intense pleasure of ecstasy and spiritual bliss. “I am experiencing divine ecstasy.”

Antidote: Allow ecstasy without clinging to the feeling of bliss or trying to maintain it. Release resistance to the state of ecstasy ending or diminishing.

Liberation from Individualized Existence – 599–600 (releasing the actor/character role, end of the fear of death, and the passage to eternal and atemporal life, Chhinnamasta depictions of severing own head)

Sensation: This final liberation from individualized existence —the sense of being a distinct actor or character playing a role in the movie/game/play of the universe— is allowed to arise fully as raw bodily sensation: the deep contraction that arises when fearing the end of a personal identity and the fear of death itself.

Resistance to Release: I surrender all resistance to dissolving the separate self, all attachment to being “someone” within the story, and every last trace of fear of death; I release the attachment to continuing as the interpreter in the cosmic drama.

Ego Juice: Safety and meaning through personal identity. “I am an important character in the story of the universe” → gains the benefit of avoiding the emptiness of the dissolution of the separate self and the fear of non-existence.

Antidote: Allow the liberation from individualized existence without clinging to the actor role or resisting the end of the separate self. Completely release the fear of death and the attachment to continuing as a character in the cosmic drama.

Witness Consciousness / Observer – 600–635 (impersonal observation with residue of agency and choice)

Sensation: This Witness/Observer consciousness —the state in which one is no longer the actor but the detached observer of the movie/game of the universe, still feeling a subtle sense of agency or choice over what is observed— is allowed to arise fully: it feels like knowing that all colors of the rainbow exist and yet still preferring and choosing to experience one color at a time.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any remaining attachment to having choice or agency within the game, any addiction to the pleasure of selecting one experience over another, and all resistance to simply observing without directing.

Ego Juice: Addiction to the delight of choosing what to observe. “I can choose the experience I want to see” → gains subtle pleasure of agency and variety.

Antidote: Allow witness consciousness without clinging to the pleasure of selecting the experience. Release resistance to stopping the act of choosing.

Fusion into Complementary Unity – 645 (yin-yang fusion point, perfect inseparability of all opposites)

Sensation: This fusion into complementary unity at level 645 —the deep realization that the duality of desirable versus undesirable, as well as all opposite experiences, merge completely into one single, complete, perfect, and inseparable whole like the yin-yang symbol— is allowed to arise fully: it is experienced as the perfect convergence where every possibility in the multiverse is seen and felt simultaneously as complementary parts of one indivisible reality.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any remaining subtle preference for one side of the duality over the other, all attachment to perceiving experiences as separate or better/worse, and all resistance to the complete fusion of opposites into a perfect totality.

Ego Juice: Wonder and delight at hypercomplex perfection. “I see how everything fits perfectly” → gains intellectual and aesthetic pleasure from contemplating the cosmic machinery.

Antidote: Allow the fusion of opposites without clinging to the pleasure of intellectual wonder. Release resistance to complete unity.

Surrender of Agency / Simultaneous Perception of the Multiverse – 660 (all possibilities at the same time; choosing to perceive one does not influence the existence or non-existence of the other possibilities)

Sensation: This stage of surrendering agency —the realization that all alternative possibilities, outcomes, and experiences exist and occur simultaneously in the multiverse, with the duality of desirable versus undesirable completely fused into a perfect complementarity— is allowed to arise fully: it feels like experiencing all the colors of the rainbow at the same time, while still discerning their individual beauties and marveling at how they intertwine in a hypercomplex and perfectly adjusted cosmic machinery.

Resistance to Release: I surrender the last remnants of the illusion of choosing one outcome over another and that this excludes the others from existence, any attachment to perceiving separations between possibilities, and all resistance to the overwhelming simultaneity of all experiences.

Ego Juice: Addiction to experiencing all possibilities at the same time while still perceiving the difference → gains pleasure of vastness and wonder of an undifferentiated ecstasy among possibilities and their complementarities.

Antidote: Allow the simultaneous perception without clinging to the delight of vastness and difference. Release the addiction to the multiple experience.

White Unity / Loss of Discernible Variety – 680–700 (blending into pure unity, perceived monotony, non-duality, and addiction to detail)

Sensation: This white unity —the stage in which the individual colors of the rainbow blend completely into an undifferentiated white light and all details, varieties, and separations cease to be discernible— is allowed to arise fully: it feels like absolute perfection and completeness, although a subtle monotony or boredom arises because the rich variety of experience has disappeared.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any addiction or attachment that the self still maintains toward details, contrasts, and variety of experience, all resistance to the apparent “monotony” of the pure perfection of unity, and all tendency to return to lower levels in search of diverse stimulation.

Ego Juice: Addiction to detail and variety (the subtle “boredom” of white unity). The self still wants to descend because total perfection feels monotonous or feels that something was left unfinished.

Antidote: Allow white unity without resisting its apparent monotony. Release the desire to return to variety and contrast.

Range 740–1000 (Advanced Non-Dual and Transcendental States)

OM – 740 (sacred primordial sound, vibrational essence of the Divine)

Sensation: This OM mantra —the primordial vibration that resonates as the primordial essence of all creation and the direct pointer toward the Absolute— is allowed to arise fully as pure resonance in the being: a deep and omnipresent hum that dissolves the boundaries between the self and the Source.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any remaining mental effort to chant or conceptualize the OM, all subtle attachment to the sound as a tool or experience, and all resistance to simply resting as the vibration itself.

Ego Juice: Subtle pleasure of resonating with the Divine. “I am vibrating with the Source” → gains the feeling of special connection.

Antidote: Allow the vibration of OM without clinging to the feeling of special connection. Release the pleasure of resonance as an experience.

Turiya – 750 (pure consciousness, the Self as Totality)

Sensation: This Turiya —the transcendental state of pure consciousness that underlies and transcends ordinary states of consciousness, experienced as ‘the Self as Totality’— is allowed to arise fully: a silent and unlimited knowing in which there is no longer a separate observer or the observed.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any remaining identification with the body-mind, all subtle effort to maintain or describe this state, and all resistance to complete absorption in pure consciousness.

Ego Juice: Satisfaction of being in the fourth state. “I am pure consciousness” → gains subtle pride in having transcended ordinary states.

Antidote: Allow Turiya without identifying with pure consciousness or turning it into an achievement. Release the subtle pride of having transcended ordinary states.

Heart Sutra – 780 (realization of emptiness and form as non-dual)

Sensation: This realization of the Heart Sutra —the deep understanding that “form is emptiness and emptiness is form,” revealing the non-dual nature of all phenomena— is allowed to arise fully: a clear and luminous understanding that dissolves all dualistic perceptions, supported by the sharp wisdom that cuts through the illusion of beginning, progression, achievement, or conclusion and reveals the empty and luminous nature of reality, where the beginning and the end are one and the same. Non-dual understanding of the Alpha and the Omega.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any intellectual clinging to the concepts of emptiness or form, all resistance to the paradoxical unity of existence, all subtle preference for one side of duality, and any attachment to wisdom as a personal achievement.

Ego Juice: Pleasure of the wisdom that cuts through illusion. “I understand non-duality” → gains the feeling of superior clarity.

Antidote: Allow the realization of non-duality without clinging to clarity or the feeling of superior understanding. Release the pride of wisdom.

Samadhi – 800 (asamprajnata/nirvikalpa/nirbija samadhi: seedless and objectless absorption)

Sensation: This Samadhi —the deep meditative absorption in which the mind becomes completely still and without object (nirvikalpa/nirbija), without seeds of thought or remaining separation— is allowed to arise fully: a state of blissful union free of thoughts with the Divine.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any attachment to the ecstasy or peace of Samadhi itself, all subtle effort to enter or sustain the state, and all resistance to the complete cessation of mental activity.

Ego Juice: Addiction to ecstasy and objectless absorption. “I am in divine union” → gains subtle pleasure of bliss.

Antidote: Allow Samadhi without clinging to the pleasure of bliss or union. Release resistance to leaving the state.

The Void – 850 (Omnipresence, Omniscience, Omnipotence, Emptiness, Nothingness)

Sensation: This Void —the state of complete emptiness and nothingness that is simultaneously omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent, where all phenomena arise and dissolve in pure consciousness— is allowed to arise fully: an infinite emptiness that contains everything without limitation.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any fear of nothingness, of final death, all attachment to existence or non-existence, and all resistance to complete dissolution in the Void.

Ego Juice: Paradoxical pleasure of the nothingness that contains everything. “I am the omnipresent Void” → gains the feeling of infinity.

Antidote: Allow the Void without clinging to the feeling of infinity or omnipotence. Release any resistance to complete emptiness.

Trinity – 950 (the triune nature of the Divine)

Sensation: This Trinity —the living realization of the triune nature of Reality (Creator, Creation, and the unifying Spirit/Consciousness) as an indivisible whole— is allowed to arise fully: a deep unity in which the three aspects are seen as inseparable expressions of the One.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any conceptual separation between the aspects of the Trinity, all subtle identification with any of its facets, and all resistance to the paradoxical unity of the three-in-one.

Ego Juice: Wonder at the triune unity. “I see the three faces of the One” → gains pleasure of deep understanding.

Antidote: Allow the realization of the Trinity without turning it into special understanding. Release the pleasure of seeing the three faces of the One.

Law of Dependent Origination – 965 (The duality of phenomena; all phenomena arise interdependently, emptiness of inherent existence)

Sensation: This Law of Dependent Origination —the deep understanding that all phenomena arise in complete interdependence without inherent or independent existence— a point needs a frame of reference to be a point; two different elements exist as such only because they exist in relation to each other, allowing the full arising of the clear seeing of the empty and relational nature of everything.

Resistance to Release: I surrender any remaining subtle attachment to the independent self or to solid reality, all resistance to the radical emptiness of all things, and all tendency to conceptualize this law.

Ego Juice: Intellectual satisfaction of seeing perfect interdependence. “Everything arises dependently” → gains pleasure of ultimate clarity.

Antidote: Allow the law of dependent origination without clinging to intellectual clarity. Release the pride of understanding emptiness.

The Absolute Source – 1000 (Unity, the ultimate and ineffable Source of everything; Brahman, pure Christic Divinity)

Sensation: This Absolute Source —the ultimate and ineffable reality beyond all levels, names, and descriptions, the pure Divinity from which everything arises and to which everything returns— is allowed to arise fully: the final rest in the unlimited and formless Being; infinitely total and minutely nothing.

Resistance to Release: There is nothing left to surrender — I even release the last trace of any seeker, any state, or any effort to describe or attain this Source.

Ego Juice: There is no longer any ego juice.

Antidote: There is nothing left to release. Only total surrender and complete rest in the Absolute remains, without any “I” that obtains benefit or experience. The sudden desire to experience something that is not the ultimate monotony may arise, which begins the path of descending through the levels again.
