You’ve done everything you were supposed to do.
So why do you still feel stuck?
You’ve read the books.
You’ve been to therapy.
You’ve worked on yourself.
You’ve journaled, reflected, cried, forgiven, and kept believing that the next breakthrough would finally change everything.
But if you’re honest, life doesn’t feel the way you thought it would by now.
- The anxiety still shows up.
- You still overthink.
- You still put everyone else’s needs before your own.
- You still find yourself repeating the same patterns.
- You still wonder why lasting change feels just out of reach.
It’s not because you haven’t tried hard enough.
It’s because understanding yourself is only part of the process.
Your mind may understand what happened.
Your body may still be holding onto it.
Healing isn’t just something you understand.
It’s something your body has to experience.
That’s why we created this 14-day Somatic Facilitator Training.
Two weeks on the south coast of Sri Lanka where you’ll slow down, reconnect with yourself, learn practical tools for emotional regulation, and discover what becomes possible when your body finally catches up with everything your mind already knows.
Parimukti • Sri Lanka • Winter 2026 / 2027
Maybe you’re tired of trying to figure yourself out.
You already know more about yourself than you ever thought you would.
You’ve faced difficult conversations.
You’ve explored your past.
You’ve learned why you respond the way you do.
Yet something still feels unfinished.
Not because you’ve failed.
Not because you missed something.
Because insight alone doesn’t always change how your body responds.
You can understand fear and still feel anxious.
You can know your boundaries and still struggle to hold them.
You can forgive someone and still carry the tension they left behind.
Your nervous system learns through experience.
Not information.
This training gives your body the time, safety, and guidance to experience something different.
For fourteen days you’ll step away from deadlines, expectations, and constant stimulation.
You’ll wake up surrounded by tropical nature.
You’ll move.
You’ll breathe.
You’ll rest.
You’ll learn.
You’ll reconnect with yourself while being supported by experienced teachers and a small group of women walking a similar path.
Many people arrive hoping to become better facilitators.
Most leave with something even more valuable.
A different relationship with themselves.
What happens during these 14 days?
This isn’t fourteen days of lectures.
It isn’t fourteen days of sitting in a classroom taking notes.
It’s a practical, immersive experience where every day combines learning with direct practice.
You’ll explore:
- Somatic practices
- Breathwork
- Yoga
- Gentle movement
- Partner exercises
- Group facilitation
- Nervous system regulation
- Reflection and integration
Some moments will feel peaceful.
Others may challenge you.
Some will make you laugh.
Some may move you to tears.
Every part of the process is designed to help you understand how your body responds to stress, emotion, connection, and safety.
As your own confidence grows, you’ll also begin learning how to safely guide these practices for others.
You don’t need previous experience.
You don’t need to become someone different.
You only need the willingness to show up.
Why hasn’t everything you’ve already tried created lasting change?
This is one of the questions we hear most often.
The answer usually isn’t that people haven’t done enough work.
It’s that most personal development happens from the neck up.
You learn.
You analyse.
You understand.
Those things matter.
But your body has its own language.
Stress leaves physical patterns.
Fear changes breathing.
Shame changes posture.
Grief changes movement.
Until those patterns are recognised and gently worked with, they often continue shaping how you experience everyday life.
Rather than asking you to suppress difficult emotions, we teach you how to notice them, understand them, regulate them, and move through them.
Not by force.
By creating the conditions where change becomes possible.
Who this training is for
This training is for people who are ready to move beyond understanding themselves and begin experiencing lasting change.
You don’t need to be a yoga teacher.
You don’t need to be a therapist.
You don’t need a coaching qualification.
You simply need to be curious, willing to learn, and ready to participate.
You may feel at home here if…
- You’ve spent years working on yourself but still feel there’s another layer waiting to unfold.
- You naturally support friends, family, or clients and want practical skills to do it with greater confidence.
- You want to understand how emotions, stress, and trauma are experienced through the body.
- You want tools you can use in everyday life, not just ideas you’ll forget after a weekend workshop.
- You’re considering offering somatic work professionally.
- You’re looking for a meaningful career that genuinely helps people.
- You simply want to reconnect with yourself in a quieter, healthier way.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about learning to relate to yourself differently.
Why we created this training
For more than twelve years we’ve worked with people from around the world through yoga teacher trainings, retreats, workshops, and private sessions.
Different backgrounds.
Different countries.
Different stories.
Yet the same question kept appearing.
“Why do I understand myself so well, but still feel stuck?”
People weren’t lacking information.
They’d read the books.
They’d explored their childhood.
They’d learned about attachment styles, boundaries, nervous systems, and emotional intelligence.
What they wanted wasn’t another framework.
They wanted to feel different.
That experience shaped this training.
We combined the practices we’ve found most effective into a structured two-week immersion where personal transformation and facilitator training happen together.
You experience the work first.
Then you learn how to guide it.
Because the best facilitators don’t just understand the process.
They’ve lived it.
A personal note from us
When we first started teaching, we believed knowledge would naturally lead to change.
Over time we realised something important.
People rarely struggle because they don’t know enough.
They struggle because their bodies continue reacting to old experiences long after those experiences have ended.
That’s why our teaching gradually became more practical.
Less about collecting information.
More about learning through direct experience.
During these fourteen days you’ll spend far less time listening to lectures than you might expect.
Instead, you’ll spend your time noticing.
Breathing.
Moving.
Practising.
Reflecting.
Receiving feedback.
Facilitating.
Making mistakes.
Learning.
Growing.
Our role isn’t to fix you.
Our role is to create an environment where genuine learning and lasting change can happen.
We’ll meet you exactly where you are.
Nothing more is expected.

It’s a different relationship with yourself.
Imagine returning home feeling different.
Not because life suddenly became easier.
Because you learned how to meet it differently.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed by difficult emotions, you’ll know how to recognise them before they take over.
Instead of trying to suppress stress, you’ll have practical ways to regulate your nervous system.
Instead of repeating familiar patterns, you’ll understand how to interrupt them.
You’ll know how to create safety within yourself rather than constantly searching for it outside yourself.
You’ll communicate with greater clarity.
You’ll recognise your boundaries sooner.
You’ll recover from difficult moments more quickly.
If you decide to work professionally, you’ll also leave with practical facilitation skills you can confidently begin using with individuals and groups.
Life will still be unpredictable.
You won’t be.
What our students discovered
Every person arrives with a different story.
The outcomes are always personal.
Some themes appear again and again.
“I finally trusted myself.”
One participant arrived feeling exhausted by constantly questioning every decision she made.
As she learned to recognise what safety actually felt like in her body, decision-making became quieter.
She stopped searching for constant reassurance and began trusting her own judgement.
“I stopped repeating the same relationship patterns.”
Another participant realised she had spent years taking responsibility for everyone else’s emotions.
Working with boundaries through the body changed the way she related to herself and to others.
She returned home with healthier relationships and far more confidence saying no when something didn’t feel right.
“I finally knew what I wanted.”
One participant joined knowing something needed to change but having no idea what that change looked like.
Two weeks later she wasn’t a different person.
She simply trusted herself enough to take the next step.
That clarity became the beginning of an entirely different career.
Your experience won’t look exactly like anyone else’s.
It shouldn’t.
The goal isn’t to become someone else.
It’s to become more fully yourself.
