Privacy notice
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This notice explains how Parimukti uses personal information when you visit parimukti.com, enquire about a training, apply, request our emails, or contact us. It also covers relevant one-to-one business contact using publicly available professional details.
Who is responsible
Parimukti Trainings and Retreats is a sole proprietorship operated by Avdhoot Vishnu Limaye in India. It is responsible for the personal information described here.
Email: info@parimukti.com
Postal address: House 165, Girkarwada, Arambol, Goa 403524, India.
Enquiries, applications and conversations
We receive the details you give us in our forms and conversations. Depending on the form, these include your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, training and date preferences, accommodation choices, and your message or background information. We also receive your consent choices and technical submission details used to deliver forms and prevent spam.
If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive your message, contact address or account name, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Those platforms also process information under their own privacy notices.
We use this information to answer you, review your application, arrange a call, and manage any resulting booking. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering and managing enquiries.
Our application forms use HubSpot. Our website contact form uses WordPress and WPForms and delivers enquiries to our email inbox. HubSpot also supports our contact records and website tracking. Our email services help us send and receive messages.
Requested emails and optional updates
If you request our free somatic email course, we use your email address and any name you provide to deliver it. Brevo supports the signup and delivery. We record your signup and confirmation so we can manage your request. Optional practice and training updates use the consent choice you make when signing up or applying.
Brevo includes email-open and link-click measurement. Email opens may be estimated or affected by your email software. The course signup offers an optional tracking choice for individual engagement reporting. You can use the Stop email tracking link where provided. This is separate from stopping the emails themselves.
Use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to info@parimukti.com, to stop further course or marketing emails. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing.
One-to-one business contact
We may find a person’s name, professional role, organisation, business email address, business website or public professional profile when researching relevant training opportunities or collaborations. Sources may include an organisation’s own website, a public professional directory or a public business social-media profile. You can ask us which source was used for your details.
Where permitted by the applicable marketing rules, we use these business details for relevant one-to-one contact about Parimukti’s training or a possible collaboration. Our legal basis for this personal-data processing is our legitimate interest in developing relevant business relationships, balanced against the person’s privacy and reasonable expectations. Public availability is not consent. Legitimate interest does not replace consent where the rules for the recipient, country or communication channel require it.
You can ask where we found your details and object to this use at any time. Reply to the message with “stop” or “no thanks”, or email info@parimukti.com. No reason is needed. We will stop direct marketing to you and keep only the contact detail and opt-out record needed to avoid contacting you again.
Website visits, cookies and tracking
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes technical access information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver and secure the website. Essential cookies also support website functions and record cookie choices.
The site has the following analytics and advertising tools installed:
- Google Analytics 4: measures page visits, engagement and actions such as enquiry submissions and WhatsApp-link clicks. It processes device and browser information, identifiers, referral information and approximate location.
- Microsoft Clarity: uses interaction data, including clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replay, to help us understand and improve the website. It uses cookies and similar technologies. Microsoft also processes this information under its privacy terms.
- Meta Pixel and PixelYourSite: support Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement and audience creation. Event information can include page visits, the page URL, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. The installed configuration also enables server-side event reporting and advanced matching of available contact identifiers.
- HubSpot: supports embedded forms, contact management and website activity measurement. Cookies and identifiers can connect activity with a contact record where information is available.
Complianz provides our cookie-choice controls. Use “Manage consent” on the website to review or change your statistics and marketing choices. Where consent is required, it is the basis for optional analytics and advertising processing. You can also control cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may affect embedded content and does not itself delete information already received by a provider.
See our Cookie Policy for cookie details. Embedded Instagram content and other external media may connect your browser to their providers, which process technical information under their own notices.
Who receives information
Information is available to the people who handle Parimukti enquiries, applications and business communication, and to providers needed for that work. These include Hostinger, HubSpot, Brevo, our email providers, Google, Microsoft and Meta, according to the activity described above. Providers may act for us or process some information for their own purposes under their terms. We may also disclose information where a legal obligation requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
International processing
Parimukti operates in India. Our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and countries outside your own. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, the relevant arrangement must use an approved safeguard, such as standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy framework. Cookie consent is not a blanket safeguard for international transfers. Contact us to ask about the arrangement relevant to your information.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose: enquiries and applications need to be available while we handle the conversation and any booking; booking and accounting records may need to be kept for legal obligations. Email subscription and consent records support the emails you requested and your choices. Technical logs, cookies and analytics have their own provider and configuration-based retention periods.
Business-contact details should be retained only while relevant to that contact. An opt-out record may remain so we can honour your objection. You can ask about the retention period for a particular record or request deletion. We may need to retain limited information to meet a legal obligation or establish or defend a claim.
Your choices and rights
Write to info@parimukti.com to ask what information we hold, correct it, request deletion, or object to direct marketing. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to your data-protection authority. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing personal information.
You can object to direct marketing at any time. For other processing based on legitimate interests, tell us your circumstances so we can assess your objection. We do not use this information to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Changes to this notice
We update this page when our use of information changes. The date at the top identifies the version.
