Through a Balance of Body (Asanas), Breath (Pranayama), Intellect (Yoga Philosophy), Mind & Heart (Meditations) and Teaching Practice (Practicums)! Learning to overcome Obstacles in daily Life like a Surfer is riding the Waves in the Ocean. Here is a gateway to Emotional Healing and the releasing of Energetic Blockages.
In the teacher training, You will find a combination of Elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin and other Yoga styles. Getting a good Taste of most popular Asana styles and not being Restricted by any one Tradition in particular! We will gain insight into our Energy and Prana Channels learning also how to Balance and Align our Chakras. Mantras, Mudras (Energy Gestures), Bandhas (Energy Locks) will empower us to release our Mental and Emotional Blockages from the Past.
You will get to Learn and Practice more about how to Guide Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation techniques to support the teaching process. To complete a basic understanding of yoga in all its variations, you will also look into the Ayurvedic Dosha system (Individual Constitutions) and get introduced to different aspects of yoga philosophy like the Eight Limbs of Patanjali yoga sutras, Bhgavad Gita, Modern Yoga and more.

- You must be in a reasonable physical shape.
- You must have suffered no major injury or trauma in the recent past or should have by now healed completely.
- You must be free of any mood altering medication.
- You must be free of any blood pressure medication.
- You must be able to fully dedicate your time to the training when you are in the course.
- You must be willing to live in a group environment living learning and supporting like-minded students and teachers who will be taking the same journey as you.

Muscular and skeletal system, Understanding Energy Channels, Compression vs Tension, Joints and their movements, Aesthetic vs. Functional Alignment
CHAKRAS
Colour, Mantras, Elements, Asanas, Breathwork and Everyday Life Influences of each Chakra
ART OF TEACHING
Multiple Teaching Practicums for each student, working with Voice and Tone, Class Safety, One on One vs Group Classes, Regular Constructive Feedback
PHILOSOPHY
History and people, 8 limbs of yoga, Patanjali yoga sutras, pranayama, chakras, mudras & mantras.
You will be introduced to meditation techniques like silent sitting, movement meditations, heart meditations, and buddhist meditations.
